I'm passionate about listening to the voice of the customer and truly believe that the best (and most successful!) experiences are created by listening to user needs... something that is too easily looked over in our corporate landscape.
In general, I'm an all-around designer of things and maker of stuff.... Constantly creating, doodling, or sawing something to pieces and making a mess in my little apartment. When I’m not doing those things, you can find me flailing from an aerial rope, glued to my couch knitting or crocheting, or at Riverside Park throwing the ball endlessly for my dog Raisin (who owns my heart and my soul).
